At Tangerine Inc., all our pieces are handmade with care in small, limited batches. Because each item is made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges. We kindly ask that you review your order carefully before placing it. As a small local brand, your understanding and support mean the world to us.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item is damaged or you received the wrong product, contact us immediately. We will do our best to resolve the issue promptly.

 

For European Union Customers: 14-Day Cooling Off Period

If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the legal right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of delivery, for any reason and without justification. The item must be unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

Please note: Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.

If you choose to exercise this right, please email us at ttangerineinc@gmail.com to begin the return process and receive the return address. Refunds will be processed within 10 business days of receiving the returned item. If more than 15 business days have passed, please reach out to us again.
